Spirit Lab cheerleading

Spirit Lab was founded in 2025 to bring a unique place for cheerleaders to gather and grow while maintaining traditional sideline technique. We have classes for all ages and levels. Come condition and get ready for school tryouts! We also have competitive teams that will compete in the game day division. This sets s apart from what is known as all-star cheerleading. We hope to build strong athletes in the off season of sideline cheer. You can join a class, team or schedule a private lesson today!
